Roadtripping seems to have its own lexicon. One of the terms we learned early was boondocking. That is to stay in a campsite or somewhere else without hook-ups such as electric, water or sewer. Boondocking also tends to be free or offered at a substantially reduced fee as compared to conventional campgrounds.
